We measure, analyze, diagnose and propose practical solutions based on the situation of each particular project.

We use HERON, our own software that we have been constantly developing and updating for more than 15 years. Combined with our expertise it allows us to simulate and predict dynamic behavior of rotating equipment to identify root cause of vibration problems, test solutions to the problem before they are implemented, and propose reliable engineering solutions.

Supported by Quartzelec, we represent more than 100 years of legacy in Electrical Generator expertise and knowledge, in addition to accessing a long and comprehensive database of technical documentation and of-the-shelf solutions for common problems. We offer turnkey solutions for electrical generators including rings off inspections, robotic inspection, electrical testing and machine diagnosis.

Supported by Quartzelec, Mecanalisis provides repair, rewinding, refurbishment and retrofitting of rotating machines including motors and generators from 415V up to 22kV.

We offer solutions and services for all electrical rotating machines up to 600MW. Our skilled workforce has extensive knowledge and experience in reverse engineering solutions for OEM-manufactured machines and together with the heritage knowledge we are able to maintain and support rotating machines/equipment manufactured by GEC, GEC Alsthom, ALSTOM, Cegelec and many others.
