This service allows for comprehensive inspections without removing the generator rotor. Thanks to its precision, our system can detect signs of faults, deterioration of the core's interlayer insulation, loose stator wedges, and obstructions in the ventilation channels. This enables efficient evaluation and optimization of maintenance schedules.
ESSAYS
Our inspection robot is only 16 mm thick, allowing it to enter and move within the generator's air gap for precise visual inspection using high-definition cameras. It is also capable of performing stator wedge looseness tests and EL-CID testing for a comprehensive evaluation.
