Portable balancing machine and lathe
MBM/MTM
We developed and built a portable lathe and balancing machine with a capacity of up to 100 tons. This allows us to repair rotors at the customer's plant without the need to transport them to a workshop, achieving tolerances within the ISO G1.0 standard, with results validated by OEMs.
Tool containers and mobile workshop
We have invested heavily in the development of our tool containers and mobile workshop, which allows us to carry out most of the work on-site at the customer's location, avoiding the risk of sending the rotors to a workshop.

Micrometric Precision Alignments
We use state-of-the-art laser alignment equipment to correct misalignments in rotating machinery, guaranteeing optimal levels of precision according to ISO standards. This technology allows us to obtain micrometric readings in real time, minimizing human error and accelerating setup.
